Great tour. Our guide Johnny was awesome, he had a great perspective on the city and provided us with an insight into L.A you can't get other than with a real local character. Attention to detail plus learning about us and what we wanted to see made it real dream experience. We had our 1 year old son with us and all our needs safety and otherwise where taken care of with a smile. This is the way we all should roll.

Highly recommend this tour, make sure you purchase the front of line passes - we never had to wait more than 3 minutes for any ride and meant we rode everything a few times kids loved it - otherwise some of the lines were up to 40 minute waits

I am completely happy that we decided to do the VIP Tour instead of the regular admission. For a little bit more money you get to go behind the scenes, jump the lines for rides, foods included and you get free pictures. Totally worth the money...I would do it again!

It was nice traveling with your express shuttle bus. The condition of the bus is good and the chair is very comfortable. I never felt tired during the trip. The driver is very responsible which makes me save and he is also funny so all the passengers are always happy.

We would have given it a top score except I did email and check that we would definitely stop on Rodeo Drive because my daughter is studying fashion and it was 1 place we wanted to stop, and part of the reason we went for this tour and not just the Universal Studio tour. Message back and the site promotion said it would be a stop but for how long was up to the driver. We didn't stop there at all. The rest of the tour was great and thoroughly enjoyed.

Our families (total of 21) used the shuttle from Disneyland Hotel to the Handlery Hoted in San Diego. The bus was on time. The driver was very friendly and helpful. The bus was new and very clean. We used the DVD player to show the childrens favorite movie to keep them happy for our two hour trip. We are very satisfied with the service and will tell our friend about it.
